It has been an adventure for me and absolutely loved every (well almost) minute of the walk and feel very honoured that you have helped me exceed my target of £3,000. Our adventure is finally over. Today we have finished the last part that took us from Winnington to Beacon Hill, the shortest walk, 7 miles, (the longest was 17.7 miles) of the total of 95 miles. I absolutely loved the experience of walking on one of the oldest walking routes in England, absolutely amazing landscapes and wildlife. I have experienced the two extremes of weather conditions, beautiful blue skies and atrocious wet and cold conditions which made the walk extremely difficult. What better example than the last 24 hours, blue sky and 23C yesterday but today 11C, very cloudy and cold and even a little bit of rain. There is no way I could have completed this walk without my good friend Harry Johnson, he was amazing throughout this adventure, helped with the preparation, the driving which most of the time was long distances but most of all his company and encouragement during the walks.
