No walk today as I have decided a rest was needed after 65 miles in 7 days

Hard training starting again tomorrow and just 7 days before we start our challenge and hopefully reach our target of £3,000 for such a fantastic cause, to ensure that Yateley Industries survive and consequently help people with Disabilities

Yesterday's walk was pretty tough, 15.3 miles in a very misty weather but as we have said before, no pain no gain.
